Select your combination of brisket, pulled pork, poultry, sausage and pork ribs. Served with Texas toast or cornbread and your choice of sauce.
ONE MEAT PLATTER
One-third pound of your choice of one meat and one side.
TWO MEAT PLATTER
One-quarter pound of your choice of two meats and two sides.
THREE MEAT PLATTER
One-quarter pound of your choice of three meats (or three- quarters a pound of meat total) and two sides.
HALF RACK RIB PLATTER (DINNER ONLY)
One half rack of ribs and two sides.
